There are many excellent studies on Biblical healing already on the market, many more thorough then this one, so why write another one? The answer is twofold. First, many who are most in need of this information simply don’t have the money to purchase one or more books. They can’t afford to travel to another city or state to attend a conference or receive ministry. They need help and are ready for that help, but within their financial limitations help just isn’t available. Second, some people are skeptical. There are so many false teachings out there, some of which mix just enough truth of God’s healing with a lot of false teaching, which leave people confused and/or spiritually battered. I once was one of them. If someone had not paid my way to a conference, I probably would still be chronically ill today. This study is written primarily for those two groups. There was a time in my life when even paying $5 for a book was a financial hardship. The idea of paying $35 for a book I wasn’t even sure was biblical was out of the question. I just wouldn’t have done it. Hopefully, this study will be a gateway for healing in your life. Whether you’re just a skeptic or trying to make that disability check stretch to the end of the month, I pray this study will open your eyes to the truth the God of the Bible has wanted to reveal to you.
